My experience was great! Dr. Kook was able to fit me in same-day right before the holiday and made me feel right at home. The staff was friendly and on top of it, making the visit easy and efficient!

Hello all . I’m a new patient of Dr. Kook. Let me start off by saying thank you 🙏🏼 so much doc. This man is the definition of a profesional and a genuinely caring man. I went in for a emergency root canal and he went far and beyond to insure I didn’t feel an ounce pain. What separates him from the rest you ask? What dentist has ever called you to follow up. Not his secretary or assistant but the Doctor him self . The concern n care in his voice was truly felt . Thank you so much Mr.Kook. Now his dental hygienist Melissa. Another individual that speaks volume of professionalism. She was aware of my pain and kept on checking to make sure I was ok. Spoke to me to make sure I was comfortable at all times and very very well spoken and educated . Melissa I also wasn’t to commend you and thank you 🙏🏼 for treating me and making me feel better ❤️‍ and comfortable. I live 45mins from the Oakland office and will be a new permanent patient of Mr.Kooks and hopefully get to work with Melissa again. Thank you both . We need more professionals like you both in the field . My sister will start going there too. Thank you Both . APPRECIATE EVERYTHING YOU have DONE FOR ME

I can’t say enough about how kind and wonderful DrKook is. He took me on Christmas Eve without an appointment. Made me feel better and comfortable throughout the entire process. Thank you Marta, for being so kind and coming in on Christmas Eve!

Have put off going to the dentist for way to long because of many bad prior experiences. From the first call to the office, his staff was beyond wonderful and made me feel very comfortable! The Dr himself was very kind and patient with my low pain tolerance and would not proceed if I was not completely comfortable! A really positive experience from start to finish!!!
