Wallcoverings Expertly Hung

Be warned. Joseph made a mistake cutting our wallpaper. He tried to hide the mistake in the trash and said there was a flaw in the rest of the paper that would make it impossible to complete the job. We then had to order replacement paper. At the end of the job, after I paid him and had to leave the worksite, he spoke with my wife, changed the price, and got her to give him more money.

Incredibly disappointed by my experience with Joseph. Before we could get our wallpaper hung, we had to repair a portion of the wall. I described the issue to Joseph and asked if he thought it would affect the application of the wallpaper, and he said no. When he got to my house and saw the wall, he threw what can only be described as a temper tantrum. Instead of offering suggestions on how to better fix the problem spot or simply saying we needed to work on it further before he could hang the paper, he stormed out of my house making sarcastic and nasty comments on the way. This was after I hurried home from work midday to accommodate an opening he had after another customer cancelled, on a day we had not previously planned to do the work. I’m shocked that a businessperson would conduct himself this way and still have customers. Would not recommend working with this company to ANYONE.
