It deserves a zero rating: An employee at this location named Kevin was giving out personal, private information! I went in today to speak to the manager and file a complaint. I was brushed off and even mocked by Kevin when asked for his last name. How ironic that he felt it reasonable to give away others' personal information but not his own. He had a rude and uncaring attitude during my visit. The whole time, the manager sat quietly in the corner and only apologized for the occurrence. The situation was dismissed as nothing was written or filed. I was brushed off, and Kevin didnt even apologize for his actions. The employees at this store are highly unprofessional and disrespectful. Ive gone to other locations (one down the street) where customer service was impeccable, but Kevin's actions were especially illegal. If the employees handled this correctly, then I wouldnt have gone as far as to leave a review. He is responsible for customers' accounts and must be held accountable for his actions. Im not one to go out of my way, but after this treatment, I will take legal action against the employee and store for their incompetence and negligence. - I saw the response, and I want to make clear that the way both employees handled the situation was incorrect. As a manager, you are responsible for staffing and handling complaints of this magnitude. You sat there the entire time without saying a word until it escalated. Your responsibility is to ensure it never got to that point. Unfortunately, you only acted after I was visibly upset when Kevin laughed at me. No amount of retraining at this point would help Kevin, especially if he thought it was acceptable to share private information. Honestly, that shouldve been common sense.

Kevin is such a helpful associate, I felt so welcomed. I came in with a phone problem and he resolved right away , very knowledgeable
