Steve was great. Unclogged my Kitchen drain and also educated me on preventive maintenance. Ellen was also great, very informative and helpful with scheduling and follow up! Highly recommend J&C to everyone!

I can describe my feelings about J&C in one word: relief. Ive been looking for a reliable plumbing service that I could count on for both emergencies and non-urgent issues around my house. Plumbers I could count on and also whom I could count on to charge a reasonable amount for good work. Im happy to say, I have found them! The guys at J&C were helpful and professional during a crisis moment for our home. The staff member who answered the phone was prompt, courteous and very friendly. J&C has handled our interactions quickly, and we are very happy with the work theyve done for our basement. I feel confident that I can call them for our future plumbing needs and am glad to support a small, local, family-owned business. Thanks J&C!!! 2024 Update: J&C is still my go to!
