ARIA Chapel

Amberly was my contact throughout the entire planning process (I had 2 planners since I started planning prior to the pandemic, however Amberly was always involved in communication.) She was so incredibly sweet and helpful the day of my wedding and everything went according to schedule. The photographer we had was absolutely incredible and our pictures reflect her experience and professionalism. The flowers and the ambiance we picked for our ceremony were perfect and we appreciated the romantic and intimate ceremony we had with family and friends. We had quite a few bumps along the road with the Aria itself, however, the Chapel was one aspect we were grateful that went perfect and memorable. Thank you again Chapel team!

Overall we were pretty disappointed with the whole experience. We booked our wedding pre-pandemic and were told we would lose our deposit if we cancelled. Due to this, we proceeded with our original date in August. I will say I understand 2020 was not a typical year but my wedding planner changed over several times. The ones I had on the actual day I had never spoken to. The whole process felt very rushed. The minister and photographer came in to discuss ceremony preferences (seemed like this should have been worked out sooner due to the lack of chapel time you have). These conversations put us several minutes behind schedule in which we were forced to rush to start the ceremony. As in they told my mom she had to get out of the bridal room and I didn't even have my dress on yet and needed her help! After the ceremony we were pretty much pushed out the door. I second the other reviews re: photos. We had actually used the same company for our engagement photos in which we owned the rights to the pictures but at our wedding were told we would have to purchase them for an insane amount of money considering how many there were and the small amount of photography time.

Just had our wedding and it was wonderful! I would recommend to anyone looking for a beautiful and affordable ceremony.

Giving 2 stars for false advertisement. The wedding itself was beautiful, that's what gave it the extra star but the photo charges really plummeted the rating. The Allure package does NOT include 24x7 custom pictures as stated online and confirmed with the wedding planner. It includes 24x7 PROOFS. Which will now cost us an extra $2000 that we had no intentions of paying until they explained that we would not get our pictures without the tacky imprint across the front and who would want proofs from their WEDDING? We were also told we had to make a decision within a day or they would discard our photos. We also would not own the rights so if we tried to post them without permission who knows what would happen, hence the $2000 to get the mastercopy. This was not only disappointing but frustrating. We set a budget for this wedding to cover ALL EXPENSES. And then the 200 photos we're paying for, 5 of them are duplicates. So I'll be addressing that as well. And no we could not bring our own photographer they won't allow it.
