Elephant Balloons

Stephanie took my money and never delivered the balloons for the bachelorette party I ordered them for. When I messaged the number on file that day, I was told she was in the hospital and I would receive the refunds soon. Going on 3 weeks and still did not receive ANYTHING back. Before giving her money-I brought up the bad reviews and she reassured me that it was from the previous owner- She is a FRAUD!! She will take your money and not provide you the product requested.

First time order went ok but the delivered order was not exactly as promised and I didn’t pay much attention to it. Second time while negotiating a price she was rude, sarcastic and unprofessional. And wrote that now the “requested item is unavailable “. Job got done from another courteous vendor. Will never use them.

I was looking for someone in the Vegas area to execute a vision that I had for my daughters 6th Birthday. I found this business on Google and then visited their Instagram account. I loved the work so I reached out. The customer service is impeccable. The work was amazing. The owner listened to me and brought my vision to life. I couldn’t thank them enough. Since April I have used this company 3 times and every time I was extremely satisfied. This is my new go to business for all of my balloon needs. I would highly recommend this business to anyone. You will not be disappointed. Thank you Elephant Balloons for everything.

Stephanie and her team were amazing!! They outdid themselves with how wonderful the presentation of our balloon creations were and set up our display. Thank you a million times! My son enjoyed his Spider-Man Balloons and it really added to the decor of the party!!!! Thank you!!!!

I am truly amazed at the professionalism Elephant Balloons provides. Given that I reside out of state, I had to search on Yelp for a reputable business that would help me out. I was able to have a beautiful ballon arrangement delivered to my nephew in Las Vegas. This unexpected and gorgeous arrangement really cheered him up. This special moments are priceless.
