Floor seats. You have to pee? Get a beer? Go through security. When you return you must show your ticket. Your ticket must be printed out it says everywhere on Ticketmaster. I called, just show the bar code. I took a pic of my ticket. EVERY TIME I WENT THROUGH SECURITY THE OLD LADY WITH A FLASHLIGHT NEEDED TO SEE THAT PIC. YOU DONT KNOW ABOUT STAMPS OR WRISTBANDS? You can still over staff with union lazy folk with all kinda attitude , just let me get back to my seats that cost $100 with my $24 vodka and red bull. Why are you openly trying to ruin my concert experience?

Great concert Bernie - small size and almost intimate for Vegas. Great sound. Easy to get in and out. Cordial and professional staff.

Great place to see shows! We saw Adam Sandler live and the whole experience was amazing ! The staff the drinks the whole venue! If you like live shows you will not be disappointed with this theater !

I loved The Chelsea. Saw The Counting Crows here and wasnt really sure where in the venue to book seats, but the seats are so close to the stage that it almost does not matter, you have great views to the stage from almost anywhere (pics were taken from the lowest price section). Smooth doors and venue entry, interesting style of the venue and modern interiors. Would gladly come here again. Noteworthy: The air condition was on meat freezing mode and really chilly, so if you visit in the summer with just a t-shirt on, you need another one from the merchandise stands, haha.
