Happened to be driving by and saw this place. We lucked out on our timing and was able to go into The Cabin. Best escape room experience weve had! So well done, great puzzles, wonderful staff. Nice facility! Fun time for my girls and I. Thank you!!

The actual escape room experience was great! Mercedes was a great hostess when we arrived the next day after being turned away the day prior. However I did not like the reservation process! I purchased the Go City Pass and I was told to come all the way to the facility to reserve and it didn't make sense to me. I called 40 minutes prior to getting there and when I arrived there were no slots available for 4 hours. There has to be a better way to reserve as most people visiting are tourist and are being transported there and to find that you cannot be serviced for hours is ridiculous. Please work with Go City Pass to find a better system to service their customers because I felt I was being penalized for having their pass in advanced.

Escape room was fun and amazing. Staff was beyond helpful and friendly. Would definitely recommend to anyone who loves a puzzle and a challenge.
