overdue review - i had busted my side mirrors accidentally knocking over traffic cone.  Unfortunately traffic cone won LOL  Checked with J & M and Michelle was very helpful from the start going over & guiding me through process.  The repairs were quickly done as well , so kudos to the whole J&M crew. Thanks again

There are an obscene amount of car repair shops and deciding on one can be very overwhelming. I visited 3 shops so I can get a feel of where I would most feel comfortable getting my car fixed. This place place stood out the most because they were honest and I felt they were truly trying to help me in every way they can.I won't bore you with the details of how I came to look for an auto body shop so long story short, I got into a fender bender (not my fault) and like pretty much everything else in the world today, the part needed on my car is on back order. I had to get a rental for several months. Ed worked with the insurance company to do a temporary fix until the part came in. Insurance agreed! I was able to get my car back in better condition than when I brought it in. The whole time we were waiting for the part, they never failed to communicate with me on a regular basis. The date keeps getting pushed back and every time that date approaches they'd call me with an update.Even though the part is still not here (it's been about  7 months now), I appreciate Ed and his team and their customer service to ensure that I'm kept up to date. Their pricing was also the most affordable. I'm waiting for the day that my car will be completely done but I'm just happy it is in J&M's hands!

Everyone at J and M Auto was extremely helpful..from the claims estimator to the amazingly talented repair tech *(Ed) . Had my car repaired in practically no time. Very trustworthy. Lived up to their reputation as a top notch auto body repair shop in Vegas. Services: Body & Trim, Painting
