        I had used their agency to insure my Mercedes-Benz, I sold the Mercedes and canceled my policy as I didn't have a vehicle at the time. Why would I keep it insured? A number of months later, I purchased a new vehicle and was shopping for insurance only to be told they'd have to charge me thousands for a new policy due to canceling the policy on the vehicle I had sold months prior. It's also more expensive than just going through the actual insurance company they sell.

      Thank you for your review, Dolan! When policies are cancelled and no insurance is active, this can be considered a "gap in coverage" by insurance companies and may affect their premiums. Unfortunately, this is outside of our control as an agency. We're happy you were able to obtain coverage for your vehicle.—Tom
