i called several agents for the insurance needed for my car - he gave me a quote immediately - where other agents wanted to call me back. He was informative and helpful - because of this, I am bundling my renter's insurance with my auto insurance. I had been stressing over this from the time I decided to get another car. Thank you SO MUCH Scott!! Thank you also for having the best rate available as well!!

Scott has been my agent for over 20 years and has done a fantastic job for me. He explains my policy options, makes a recommendation, explains why he thinks it's the best option but he leaves the choice to me without trying to guilt me into anything. I can't say enough about his caring, professionalism and attention to detail. He has been there for me through auto claims and two home burglaries. I highly recommend Scott AND Farmers!

Me and my family were with Scott for over 20 years.. He was very prompt with responding when we had claims to report or questions about coverage. However, he insured us that we were getting the best rate possible. When I shopped around one day at a different insurance company I found out he was charging us almost double. When we called to cancel our policies (we had renters and auto) he didn't even blink or try to get our business back.. Poor business mentality if you ask me. I am much happier with the new insurance company and enjoying the savings in my pocket!
