Business was formed in June 2011, we service consumers both Business and Personal all over the USA.  We specialize in tax consultation, tax representation before the IRS and State Tax agencies nationwide.  I am an Enrolled Agent in good standing, specializing in small to medium size business.  My firm offers, full scale accounting services, payroll services, tax reporting, tax preparation and tax consulting.  We also have a business package allowing business owners a way to keep expenses fixed yr round while having all business and personal tax met, services fully tax deductible.  Many of our current clients have come to my firm for tax troubles, it is then we are able to come along side and resolve these issues and put them on solid ground, providing the necesssary knowledge and support to guide each client in managing their tax matters throughout the yearl  The most important need for any business owner is to project accurate tax liabilites and the managment of those tax liabilities.  Bottom line is it is all about the tax!
