        This place sucks for repairs. I have BRAND NEW less than 2 month old AirPods. One stopped working and then they stopped connecting to my phone. The tech identified the problem but refused to replace my case even though he was SURE that was the issue. Then he sends it off for repairs because “Apple made him” and they do Nothing because they couldn’t replicate the problem. The problem is this money grubbing company making me waste all of my time to get my brand new product to work instead of just replacing it, which literally any other place would do. Last apple product I am EVER buying.

        I lost one of my AirPods - made an appointment in 2 minutes through the Apple Support app, walked in the store 45 minutes later, and walked out 3 minutes later. Easy transaction and friendly staff. Apple does it right.
