As a first time home buyer in this insane and unpredictable market, it was quite some time between our first conversation and my actual closing date but Matt was there every step of the way. He answered every question, sometimes multiple times and walked me through different scenarios for each offer I was submitting. I was amazed at his timely responses - I felt like I was his only client with how quickly he was getting back to me. The closing process was so smooth as Matt was always one step ahead of us - I couldn't have asked for a better first time buying experience.

Working with Matt was great! I was given his info from a friend who also highly recommended him. There was plenty of uncertainty in the housing and interest rate markets in late 2021 as well as a complex purchase contract for the home we purchased. Matt's wealth of experience and empathy helped us navigate all of it with ease and confidence. We truly felt like we had an expert in our corner who was working just as hard as we were to get the deal closed at the best interest rate and lending terms possible. Highly recommend.
