This is the slowest bagel shop I’ve ever been to. It took 17 minutes from the time that I ordered for them to toast a plain bagel and put plain cream cheese in a container. I’ve been coming here once a month or so for over a year, hoping my experience gets quicker but they never seem to have enough employees working to run efficiently. They have one poor teenager making everyone’s order and he can only do one thing at a time. The other employee running the cash register just stands there staring at everyone while we wait for the other one to make things one at a time. The manager? He walked out, looked at the line and disappeared again. Bagel Bummer dude.

Coming from a former employee of BAB this certain place is horrible . The management is lacking skills and food was always out especially the bagels it sucked having to turn people away because the bagel flavor they wanted was out . Coffee was never ready the team didn’t work together . I had three people quit the job because of pay and ethics etc ! Don’t recommend working here smh
