Menna's Joint

Not sure what’s up here, but this food sucks. I loved Conrad’s in EL, I love wraps, and my hopes were high. They messed up the order beyond recognition and the food was garbage. Don’t even bother with Menna’s- make a wrap at home.

Ordered a fatty dub and they said they are out of chicken and asked if u wanted to substitute for chicken tenders without letting me know its an up charge, I said yes thinking it was great customer service but NO they charged me for the chicken tender as if it was an add on, the guy there told me his manager said charge everyone who gets that substitute...never again, how do you up charge your customers for a substitute that you have to provide because you ran out of chicken....so I have to pay extra for chicken because you ran out of chicken? Make that make sense.

If you like meals wrapped up into a tortilla shell then you should definitely try Menna's Joint! Usually pretty quick. I'm not the biggest fan of their potatoes but I enjoy their wraps immensly!
