First - you have to try the LevelUp app - they participate and give you a good deal if you do. I think $7 off first purchase and then $5 for every $50 spent.
Now, the food. Do NOT expect Mr. Pita type pitas here, this place has a very unique way of "stuffing" the pita and then rolling it so it all stays together. And they grill a lot of the filling first and then give you complete control over toppings.
The taste - very, very good.
The value - very good.
How often do I return - once or twice a week.
It's really that good.
I recommend "The Local", the Chicken Crave and the BBQ Pulled Pork.
Bottom line: Go Here. Today.
