Today I was told I can wait for them to reopen since I purchased a $25 wash when I fueled up. I did just that expecting to be next as I was the only vehicle there.
I waited about 30 minutes and as they were about to reopen other vehicles pulled up. Instead of stopping the other vehicles and letting me keep my place in line the guy started letting people cut me off and pull in so I nudged my way in and another customer didn't like it and started to confront my wife when she asked him to back up about 2 feet so we can finish pulling in because we waited for about 30 minutes.
Instead of being considerate, the car wash employee commented stating that, "If you guys want to be a******s I can shut the car wash down and tell you nobody else is coming in for the rest of the day" even after knowing I waited and he was just letting people in ahead of me.
Very poor customer service and disrespectful workers.
