        I needed to have a favorite pair of shoes heeled and it is so hard to find anyone still doing this unique craft. I found Charlie's online but also have family in Braintree for over 50 years so when i asked about Charlies they had gone there for many years. the older gent was so polite and accommodating and repaired my shoes on the spot for a very reasonable price.. I recommend this shop to anyone looking to have their shoes or other items repaired! quality work and lucky to have this great tradesman still working.
