I have nothing but great things to say about NOLA EP. I worked here for about 6 months before I was offered my dream job outside of New Orleans. I have no doubt that the experience and knowledge I gained from working here is what made me stand out to my current employer. The marketing systems they teach, the sales methods they use, and the people that work here definitely made my time at NOLA worthwhile and I would recommend it to anyone looking to get a foothold in the marketing and sales world.

I'm giving this place two stars because the lady I interviewed and the reception is were very well-mannered and personable people. Otherwise it would get absolutely nothing from me except scathing reviews. This place presents itself as a Consulting agency, but in all truth it is a multi-level marketing company. Yes they do have entry level hourly pay but you are expected to join their Management training program. They all begin with the same spiel about how there a National Corporation with branches in every state and in most cities, how they handle the marketing for Fortune 500 companies all the way down to Mom and Pop stores. Did they give you the rundown about how most people start out making $35,000 a year this is a ridiculous notion as I know many people who are in fields like nursing and pharmacology who do not start out making $35,000 a year. They claim that their executive positions can make upwards of $150,000 and that usually this takes around six years to accomplish but they have condensed it down to a one year expedited process. I am not saying that none of this is possible but I am saying that they marketed their position that I applied for as an entry-level hourly position when truly it is direct sales. There is a three-part interview process which to be frank no one looking for entry-level positions has time for. There is virtually no information about the company to support any of the claims they make regarding their employment opportunities. They were extremely vague about which positions were open and only afterwards did I find out that there's only one position within the company and it's direct sales multi-level marketing until you get to higher levels where you'll have your own team of Consultants.
