3 Gen came out to my house after many other dirt work contractors and gave me the best possible solution for a pond. No other contractor worked with me to create my dream affordably . I highly recommend the team at 3 Gen and if I had more land Id hire them again.

I called 3 Gen Construction on Monday 12 Oct. I realize I have an out of State phone number, but if you call a business it should be a professional answer to the call rather than "hello?" So, beyond that, I caught the person who answered the call as they were working on a Bridge up in Wyoming. I gave him a brief description of what I was looking for (Driveway repair work) and he said he would call me back in a little bit. I allowed several hours to go by before I had to call him back. Okay, they were still busy up in Wyoming but he took my information and said he would have one of his guys call me back in a day or two to schedule a time to come out and look. Well, it's been all week and nothing. No calls, no contact at all. So, my experience so far is based on just the non-responsiveness and what I so far perceive as unprofessionalism when it comes to contact with the customer.
