Spring Forest Apartments

The most negligent managers I have ever seen. They are never in office and never answer their phones. They stick around long enough to shove notes in my door threatening me about renewing my lease but never can be contacted. This place is garbage and so is the management.

The apartment itself is nice, but most of the people that live there don't have any respect for their neighbors (or themselves tbh), The maintenance people can't be bothered to fix anything without multiple complaints or work orderers, & They can't keep a property manager for more than a few months. The only pluses are it's location & price.

Terrible place to live!! Do not rent here if you have children! Management is terrible and do nothing to control the drugs and partying and people yelling and cursing outside...that goes on all night. Thugs walking around with guns...stealing gas out of vehicles..offering children drugs...when Management is notified the only response is that it is a civil matter..that's if they call you back! The Manager can usually be found hanging out with the thugs at night. Tra-Dor is the property management company...If you call them about anything; they are the most unprofessional, and rude people to deal with..They do nothing about all the problems at these apartments.

This place sucks. Roaches are out of control. They never spray. Black mold growing all over ceiling in bathroom. Management never returns calls. I will tell everyone they do not care about the family's who live here.
