Charlie Stoddard is my life insurance agent. My wife and I are both in the process of getting life policies. Each of us have unique processes to follow with different life carriers. Charlie has made this confusing and challenging process effortless and stress-free. Throughout the entire process, Charlie was in constant contact and held our hands every step of the way and yet… keeping 6’ away. Only one phone number is listed anywhere (facebook, google, schwartz website) and they all lead to one person's voicemail, which says that if you have an urgent issue you should call the same number and ask to be transferred to someone. We cancelled our insurance in August due to these issues and received a letter today with a renewal on a house we moved out of almost 3 months ago.
