      image For one, they are over priced , when we got the product for my brother with cash , but when we returned it, they wouldn't give cash back they wanted to put it on my card . FYI, when a customer pays cash, they get cash back. If you don't have cash for customers, then close your darn doors till you do.If I have one charge on my card that I didn't make, I will come after Napa
