I cannot thank Shannon and her team at Best One Tire and Service enough for all they did to get me back on the road and home to Indiana. I was driving north on I-65 and was alerted that my tire was losing air. I was lucky enough to be near an exit and able to get to a gas station. I called my insurance company for roadside service and when they arrived my front tire was exchanged for the spare. I later found out that they should not have put the spare on the front and the trip to the tire store totally destroyed my brake system. Shannon could see that I was stressed and worried about getting home. Best One got me right in and replaced the brake system, got me a new tire and got me on my way. Excellent service and really friendly people!

Great service! Great place! We were on our way to Nashville when our trailer tire blew as we stopped to get gas! Called every tire company in and around Nashville Rd. This was the only place willing to help, get us in quick and back on the road to our job! Shannon is great and was outside waiting as we pulled up!! Thanks Best One!

Awesome experience. My appointment was for 1:30, I was in and out in less than an hour.
I live 120 miles away, but had read the reviews of their MasterCraft truck tires having less road noise than Firestone tires that I had on my F150 and decided to give them a try. The price was much less than what I paid at other tire stores but the service was top notch. Fast, friendly and very knowledgeable. This team has fine tuned the art of tire service. I was very satisfied with my service and my tires. This will be my go to tire store for all my vehicles. Thanks Shannon, Nick and Bryant for a job well done.

The service was very great. They fixed my car and gained a returning customer. They even corrected a problem caused by the dealership where my car was purchased. Plus the shop is close to my job. Great experience.

Traveling from Missouri pulling a trailer had an issue with a tire pulled in and ask them to fix it. The counter guy said they couldn't fix a tire on a trailer, said he didn't have a tech that was capable of changing a tire on a trailer so he sent me across the street to bg tire which was closed pretty worthless shop
