Paychex

Working with Paychex has been a total nightmare. Paychex failed to properly inform the state and federal taxing agencies of the change in my business, resulting in over a year battle getting this corrected. I receive daily demands from Indiana Dept. of Revenue and now they are threatening to issue a tax warrant. Paychex collected the payments but failed to make sure they were properly applied and resulting in interest and penalties to my firm. My account is passed from person to person and nobody at Paychex can get the job done. I do not recommend using Paychex to process payroll.

As a small business owner i rarely write reviews unless something is very seriously wrong. I had been using this company for a year and a half. They have made approx. 3 correct tax filings. It has gone down hill ever since. It is like a comedy of errors i mean nightmare of errors even the corrections need correcting. There is no one to talk with its email only and it takes months to get no where. I have re-engaged old faithful ADP and at least they are helping my accountant try to get paychex to correct. Filings. Steer Clear of this oufit. Month 5 still not fixed
