Ive managed to avoid health insurance all my life, but now Medicare is looming and my mailbox is jammed with warnings, If you fail to enroll in Medicare by the deadline, YOULL REGRET IT FOREVER! Frankly, those envelopes inspire no confidence at all. Ive been hearing radio commercials for Health Insurance Shop on WOWO Radio for the two years since I arrived in Fort Wayne, and decided that when the time comes for health insurance, Ill pursue it via Health Insurance Shop. If youve heard their radio ads, you know why I think these are trustworthy people. I called to make an appointment, and ended up talking at length with MICHELLE, who jumped right in. =D She helped me understand what I need to do next, and clued me in to a very important indicator of my eligibility. The government imposes serious time restrictions, and if Michelle hadnt given me the benefit of her expertise, I might have missed the boat...a very costly mistake in terms of money and coverage. Sincere thanks to Michelle. The honesty, kindness and dedication to Service conveyed by the WOWO radio commercials is true. Talking on the phone, Michelle is exactly as portrayed; helpful and caring, a wealth of knowledge and a delightful person. Ive become skeptical lately (as I watch our govt crash and burn) but remain a good judge of character. That said, I wholeheartedly recommend Michelle and Health Insurance Shop as my only choice for Medicare enrollment.

Michelle Walters at the Health Insurance Shop is so awesome! She has been very helpful anytime we have questions or need help with our insurance. She is always so willing to take as much time with us as needed to help us through any situation we encounter. We are very lucky to have her as our health insurance agent and advisor.

Gus and Michelle and team have been fantastic to work with. Response time and follow up work is exceptional. We are a small customer of theirs and feel like we get VIP treatment. Every experience we have had with them has been very positive.
