Do not allow Country Companies to set up autopay as a payment option. After receiving an unsolicited quote for life insurance I went into to Chucks office with the notice and notified him that I did not want the life insurance policy being solicited. He faxed a cancelation to HQ in front of me. Mind you, a cancelation for a policy I never asked for or approved. I also called HQ twice and told them I did not want policy. I had auto and homeowners policy set up on autopay. A month after I had Chuck fax cancelation, Country Companies deducted $2400 out of my checking account without my consent. I was told I would get a refund for money taken from my checking account. Still waiting for that check in the mail. Filed a complaint with Illinois Department of Insurance.
