We have been putting off minor plumbing repairs due to covid, but recently had a concern with our water heater. We called Ball Plumbing, who came highly recommended. When Jordan arrived, he addressed our plumbing issues and made all repairs in a very conscientious, and timely manner. His work is excellent. We have use Ball Plumbing for four years exclusively for 4 years. We have use several plumbing companies and none have been as knowledgeable as Mr. Ball and as reasonably priced. Mr. Ball is a Master plumber and knows what the problem is and comes prepared to correctly repair the issue. He has replaced a water heater, repaired multiple sink issues, plumbed two remodeled showers and bathrooms and installed a new gas line to our remolded kitchen. He does it correctly the first time and I trust him completely. Do yourself a favor and try them.

I had hired Ball Plumbing previously for a water heater replacement and was extremely pleased how swift and how professional Jordan Ball had it replaced and connected. I learned that Ball Plumbing is a family run, good old fashion plumbing service with excellent service and workmanship throughout-don’t call them if you have electrical or heating/ ac needs- they do plumbing only but that they do exceptionally well. I experienced their service again during my recent bathroom renovation. It included installing a bath tub and a vanity at a new location as well as the associated rerouting of water and drain lines and installing all the fixtures. Scheduling the work was a breeze; Jordan’s arrival was always announced via a courtesy call and it took only two visits to complete the necessary work. I could observe his excellent workmanship firsthand and I was pleased again how swift and without any problems the tasks were completed. Based on my experiences, I highly recommend Ball Plumbing to resolve any plumbing issues or installs that may be in your future. Jordan is a very experienced master craftsman in his field who is very proud of his work- and it shows.

We have used Ball Plumbing for the past 20 years. Our first experience was to have him install 3 copper sinks I found while traveling and had no idea what was missing, but Jordan took it in stride and worked with me to give us 2 beautifully finished vanities. Since then, he has helped us with toilet replacements, 2 kitchen remodels complete with dishwashers, etc. He is always our first call. We know we can count on him to do it right the first time and in a timely manner at a fair price. Our latest project was much more complicated- a new plumbing line to a room without water to install a kitchen sink, disposal and drain in our basement. I am posting before / after pictures for you to get an appreciation for how challenging this was. Jordan once more did not disappoint. We had another fella who was in construction tell us how expensive it would be to do what we wanted and would have to be a special pump to have it drain.... not worth it. Once more Jordan Scoped the job, found a way and we now are one giant step closer to having an in-law suite in our basement!
