Tried to use this service. Had someone come out to provide an estimate and just didn’t follow up even after I called and texted multiple times. Do not recommend.

If you have a major renovation project DO NOT contact these people. They can only handle small handyman jobs. We met with them to redo our bathroom and after the entire project was described they put in a bid that included other handyman projects we needed around the house (installing a ceiling fan, toilet paper roll holder, and deadbolt lock on our front door) and the price looked great and we liked the idea of helping out a small business so we hired them. Their terms and conditions stated that they would not accept payment until the job was done and the customer satisfied. When the job was about 90% done they consistently begged us to pay them because they needed the money. I'm a reasonable person so I complied. The first day my husband turned on the shower a pipe burst and water poured into our kitchen. They came over hours later, and put a hideous piece of plywood on the wall instead of closing it up with drywall and painting it. There were other problems like bathroom floor tiles that weren't installed properly that needed to be fixed, but every time we contacted them to come out and finish the job and they always had excuses as to why they weren't available. Eventually we started noticing other problems like the jagged tiles and cracked grout, but like I said they were never available to come to the house. Then COVID hit and I got pregnant so we didn't feel comfortable having anyone in our house, and other things became top of mind. Now that our daughter has arrived and we know more about COVID safety precautions I've reached out to them to let them know that the shoddy work has caused lots of problems and will need to be redone, and asked for a full refund, which we feel entitled to because they never truly finished the job once we paid them. They gave us many excuses as to why we were in the wrong, including "we never claimed to be tile contractors, we're handymen." Well then why did you put in a bid to do the work in the first place if you knew you weren't capable of doing it?! Shoddy work, shoddy excuses, will be pursuing this matter in court. Very Friendly, honest, and dependable people. Same day service. They really helped us out and they can do just about anything and we plan on using them for our future projects in our home.
