        Overpriced supposedly waive service fee. But still charge unless u use service. Stay awae unless $$$$ is not an option. Manager never called back. Technician wanted to take my old fan.. smh

        Alexander replaced a faulty disconnect box so that it would be safer for the plumbing contractor to replace an old electric hot water heater. He was patient, listened to all of my concerns, asked questions and explained what he needed to do.
