There is customer service and then there is taking it to another level. Brandon is one of the most professional store managers I've ever been around. He always takes care of me and always gets right back to me no matter how busy. I wouldn't do business with anyone else!!

I have always preferred this Sherwin Williams store to any of the other ones in the are and Brandon is always great with getting me in and out of the store quickly and he is an outstanding manager for the Sherwin Williams company. But recently my last two visits I wasn't able to get there until around 5 to 7 minutes before they close at 6:00 p.m. upon arriving lights are out doors are locked and no one is around, I wasn't really needing any paint mixed just a few things for the next day, which tells me they've probably left at least 10 minutes before 6:00 p.m. which is the advertised closing time Monday through Friday for Sherwin-Williams stores. If you're going to leave at 10 minutes b-4 6:00pm and close the store, you need to advertise that this Sherwin Williams store will close at 5:50 p.m. not 6:00 p.m. that way the people that go out of their way to come by your store before it closes we'll know that that's the new hours not 6:00 p.m but 5:50 p.m. . Just as we are expected to be at our appointments on time and our job on time shouldn't it be the same standard for businesses to open at the time they advertise they're going to be open and close on exactly or approximately within a minute or two of the time they advertise their closing. It makes me not want to use the store anymore..
