When I first met without them they were very nice and very helpful. After they were hired they were terrible to deal with. They knew at that point I had no other choice. They new I had been given my permit and they never told me to do the foot work for them it put my job out even farther when I tried to get on there appointment book. By the way when I did the foot work I had the permit in my email in 3 hours. It took me a week and a half longer since they never gave me instruction on what to do next. The one that answers the phone ( mike) said to me try having to talk on the phone to someone like you. I hate my job. The other two that showed up were so rude. They told me what part of the cement floor to have opened up. I did it and had all the dust cleaned up and they tear up a whole bunch more. Didnt care that I had brand new flooring put in just before not planning on this plumbing job. they destroyed the floors.They told me one wall had to be opened up.. they also opened the other side no big deal but they tore the dry wall paper paper on a perfectly good wall. Never said they were done just left only to figure out they forgot a whole room I asked them to do.

I have used another plumber for several years. Our hot water tank started leaking our former plumber was so busy that the best they could do is replace it in a week or two. Randomly I called Morrison explained the issue and he had me look to see how many gallons said he would have someone there the next Morning first thing. Gave me a price and first thing was 8:15 am and done and out by 10:30 and price what I was quoted. Clean professional and nice. I highly recommend and thank you. A friend in need is a friend indeed. This review Is based on the driving only. I was driving to drop my kids off at daycare at 12pm on July 15th. Whoever was driving a company van almost his my car multiple times while going well over the speed limit. I has a 2 year old and 8 month old in my car. idc if you're late to work or an appointment or whatever. Drive the dam speed limit.
