My wife Kathy and I contracted with A Buyer's Choice Home Inspections. Their name says it all! This company should be your choice if you want a professional inspection done in a timely manner and at a fair price! Kurt Britton is a gentleman and very thorough in his work. He provided a detailed report for both the overall home inspection and wind mitigation. I highly recommend this company!

The inspector (Kurt Britton) was on-time, professional, friendly and thorough. After I reviewed the inspection report, I identified an issue that I needed checked and the inspector promptly returned to the property to check the issue for me and reported back. Second time using this inspector. A Buyer's Choice exceeded my expectations and I highly recommend them!
