Shine and Shield Paver Sealing Tampa

Carlos DESTROYED OUR POOL SCREEN in September 2023 during his work on our pavers. He apologized and told us he would come back to take care of it. Each day that he said he would come to fix it, the day came and he never showed. He made up more days and times that he could come by and still never showed. After weeks then months went by with false promises, he eventually blew us off completely.I decided to reach out to him once more yesterday, 2/28 and he once again tried to delay coming to fix it. I asked him to please make this right and he said he would come 2/29 but once again never showed. I told him I would leave a review and attach the conversations and he said he didn't care... so here we are.*** It is incredibly disappointing that people like Carlos exist. He clearly doesn't care if he damages your home and only cares about taking your money and running with it. STAY AWAY FROM THIS SCAMMER. If you need any proof of him promising us and blowing us off - feel free to reach out. As I have screenshots of conversations from Sept 2023 until today, 2/29 ***

Carlos came through in the clutch for me. As a surprise for my wife, while she was out of town I had new pavers installed as a driveway extension. Unfortunately they didnt quite match my old pavers leading up to and around the house. I knew my wife wouldnt be happy with the mismatch. Carlos said hed seal new and old pavers (for a great price!) and he could include some tint in the sealant on new pavers that would make them more closely match the old paver color. And he could do it all fast before my wife came back from her trip. And he did just that. A BEAUTIFUL job. Carlos saved me and made our home even nicer. Very grateful. Highly recommend Shine and Shield! Great company that puts the customer first and does what they say they will do on time and for a fair price.

If anyone is in need of having their pavers cleaned. Highly recommend, Shine and Shield!! Great price, excellent quality. If only someone hadnt of spit gum out on our pavers thankfully a lot of it came up. Carlos, the owner, is so thoughtful and truly cares about his clients. Carlos will swing back out in a couple of weeks to see if there is anything else we can try at no additional cost. For our next outdoor projects, we will definitely be using Shine and Shield! Later this year we hope to have our backyard paradise (pavers under the pergola) dreams come true! P.S. I dont have before pictures, because the driveway and porch pavers were a mess!
