If I could I would give no star. My parcel delivery is repeatedly postponed day by day. When contacted representatives and later on managers I am receiving assurances about next day certain delivery. Next day it is again postponed to another day. As an excuse I am given reasons like hurricane Ida. My parcel is sitting in Davenport FL where no hurricane was. I am not even telling what other ridicule excuses I heard. I am not allowed to pick up my parcel which is not even 30 miles from me. Of course FEDEX refused even to return the fright fee. I am not allowed to speak to headquoters, their number is secret. So I am fully in the mercy of FEDEX with no recourse. Maybe the parcel will be delivered sometime in the future to my grandchildren, good use to it will be to them. And therefore my business is loosing material which spoiled meanwhile as critical machinery parts for a value of $ 5000.00 are lost.
