The office's staff is responsive to calls, and the staff was professional and had many years of experience. Glass repair service is a good company to work with. The entire experience with WRDC was fantastic. From the start to the finish. With the estimates, I'll get right to the point. Window installation was completed on time and in a neat manner. Customer service is excellent. Oh, and my neighbors in Logan Circle are enamored with the windows. They appear to be fantastic.

Our experience with the people at Glass repair service, from George in sales to the owner and the installation crew, was extremely professional and personable. The windows and doors that we used were unique, and the crew took extra care and time to ensure that the job was done perfectly. They were respectful of our home, using rubber mats for all their tools so that everything was left in the same condition as when they arrived. Also, their pricing was very competitive. We would highly recommend Glass repair service!

Incredible work. We got quotes from at least 8 different companies. George was by far the most patient, elaborate and honest. His attitude is top-notch, just a great guy to work with. Michael and his team were just as good. All so positive and efficient. The whole house was done in just over 6 hours, including 22 windows and a patio door. Finally, our front door was done, and it looks so spectacular. I cannot say how pleased we are with the work and so glad we chose this team to fulfill our needs. To all of you, thank you so much!

George and Izzy at Glass repair service were great to work with from the glass design decision to the install. The install crew (Michael and Steven) were skilled in getting the huge glass upstairs without a mark, and worked diligently to the end of install, cleaning the glass to a shine at the end.
