I have been trying to contact anyone from middle town Allstate agency for the past year, if you should call there phone line this is want you hear due COVID-19 all there agents is working from , leave a message and someone will contact you back at their earliest convenience.how can you do any business with this agent!!!! Nobody never called you back.

We’ve been working with this group for at least a decade now. We’ve had two or three change of addresses since we started this relationship, moving further and further away from their Middletown office but we don’t dare “break up”. I recognize good service and overall customer relationship management when I receive it. We look forward to many more years together!
