I had to sell my house fast, and I did not want to do any repairs (I don't have the knowledge to fix anything anyway). I contacted Zac, and even though I had contemplated selling to one of his competitors (shame on me!), Zac was the epitome of professional and gave me a fair price for my property, and I didn't have to do any repairs on anything. Zac even let me stay in the house for a week following closing the sale. Zac is very professional, considerate, and friendly. He made the whole process of selling/moving much less stressful than it could have otherwise been. I only wish I had more houses to sell to him. 10/10 would work with him again if given the opportunity.

Although I wasn't able to meet Zac in person, all our conversations regarding the sale of my late father's home were positive and professional. He was easy to work with and flexible regarding the location of closing and date of closing. I wouldn't hesitate to work with him again in the future.
