i contacted the company on 10/24/2014 @ 1:30ish to get a quote on a bathroom remodel. a lady answered the phone. i asked for the business owner directly like I always do when requesting these services. she told me that Jim was unavailable and hung up on me. Directly afterwards i called back to see if there was a better time for me to call back to speak with jim. she was very rude. she said, "I told you that hes not here." then she hung up on me again. if this is the service i can expect from the business im glad i learned early on. do not give this company any money. they have no customer service. and do not care about their clients at all!
