Worst company I have dealt with in a long time. I had them replace 9 windows. Each window was measured incorrectly. Each window was 1/8 shorter in both width and height than the original. I let them install the windows, because the installed promised that if there was any problem with the windows because of their error, they would replace it free of charge. However, when I contacted Natalie Cohen, she refused to agree. First, she did not respond to my letters. Then she denied that the windows were the wrong size. Finally, she stated that the error was within industry tolerance. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!
