I am extremely dissatisfied with their services. They did not show up on time for the service. After calling them multiple times they came 2 to 3 hours later then the scheduled time. To top it all they gave a price which was almost double then the initial quote they provided. When I decided to cancel my order they refused to pay my refund back. I highly discourage anyone from taking their services

Made a reservation for Wednesday the 18th from 9am to 10am arrival. Driver showed up at 12:10pm (2 to 3 hours late). They were so late I even helped them load the truck. Before they finished unloading i tried to cal GM John Romero to get some sort of discount. I was told he didn't return calls i had to call him. We played phone tag for a few days. Once i was able to talk with him, he refused any sort of discount.

They did not have enough people at the move. They stained the carpet and had sharpie marks on the counters after they were done packing my goods. One of the packers quit in the middle of the move because the company would not send more people to help. The packers harassed me during the move asking for a 40% tip. Items were broken in the boxes as they did not wrap them Professionally. Avoid this company at all costs for your move. If you don’t it will cost you later. Very, very disappointing.
