This gym is simply amazing and extremely helpful. I started off coming in on nights and had a blast. As my schedule changed, I noticed myself coming into the mornings. Both timeslots are extremely knowledgeable, shoutout to Morgan and David.

Joining OC Muay Thai has been one of the best decisions Ive made. The gym has a very supportive community and will push you to improve. Coach David is incredible and breaks things down so that you truly understand what youre doing. Would highly recommend to anybody with any interest in self defense or fighting.

OC Muay Thai is the real deal! Coach Dave and Morgan are amazing and knowledgeable coaches. They always show up with positive attitudes and are constantly pushing you to achieve new limits. Joining Coach Daves Muay Thai gym , has been one of the best decisions Ive made. As a former professional fighter who also trained in Thailand, Coach Dave brings invaluable expertise to his classes. Despite being new to martial arts at 23, I felt welcomed and supported from day one. While the idea of training Muay Thai might seem intimidating, especially for beginners, its important to embrace the challenges it brings. From constant bruises on your shins to pushing yourself beyond your limits, every aspect of Muay Thai is part of the learning process. Despite the initial hurdles, Muay Thai has taught me invaluable lessons in discipline, perseverance, and resilience. Through sweat, determination, and the guidance of Coach Dave and Morgan, Ive learned to embrace the journey and grow both physically and mentally. Coach Dave brings an infectious positivity to every class. His constant good mood, laughter, and jokes create a welcoming and enjoyable atmosphere, making every training session a joy to attend. His has a well-planned schedule, with evening classes on Tuesdays and Thursdays, made it easy to fit training around my busy life. Shoutout to Morgan, the morning trainer on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays, whose dedication and skill are truly commendable. Both Coach Dave and Morgan are incredibly patient and encouraging, providing constructive feedback that has helped me progress immensely in just nine months. While Im thrilled with the improvements Ive seen, I know my Muay Thai journey is just beginning. Im excited to continue training under the guidance of these fantastic coaches and see where this martial art takes me next.

Great gym, very legit. Youll learn a lot from coach, hes great! Hell push you to work hard, overall this gym is great!
