Took time out of my work day to drive down to San Leandro in the hopes of seeing a particular floor line they carry. The website said they were open, except that Sundays are by appointment only. It wasn't a Sunday so I schlepped on down, only to find the front door locked with a phone number to call for assistance. I called and a guy answered. I asked if it was cheaper floors, he said yes. I asked whether the showroom was open, he said no. I asked what his hours are, he said "no hours, sometimes I'm open, sometimes I'm not." Helpful. Maybe update your website to "appointment only" every day?Tl;Dr: do not go down in person.

Bought 4K worth SPC Flooring and they handed an incorrect box and to get it returned has been nothing less than a very bad experience.First they would tell you to come then leave when you arrive and tell you to leave box at door and they will mail the check and for weeks you wouldn't hear.And when you finally manage to get to the store which says Sunday closed but is open and the representative sitting inside would talk to you rudely despite you calmly asking to atleast confirm did you get the box which we left at the door as per your directions when you had left on Saturday at 4PM while store hours were till 5PM/6PM PST?You would be called idiot to come all the way for one box.Great customer service ... I reminded the same when I was being kicked out that what kind of customer service is this? Only to be called an Idiot on my face and door closed. Not asking a special treatment but when they were charging 4K for sale they were all smiling but when time came to refund for incorrect items they showed true colors. I understand it was Sunday and store was closed but the door was open with all lights on and I didn't realize it was closed until I was provided such service. After reading other 1 star reviews here and on google, I found they never return the money which they promise to send you via "check" but would take the items back from you quickly.Made a mistake of not reading the negative reviews to see the scam/shadiness going on.Not recommended.
