Mary has taken our family portraits for years. She is an expert in family lifestyle photography. She is a natural with children and really knows how to work with ones who feel camera shy. My son is extremely camera shy, and somehow she is still able to capture glimpses of joy in his bouts of moodiness. I highly recommend Mary.

I would absolutely recommend Mary Bea Photography to families in the Bay Area who are looking to do something out of the ordinary. Not only is Mary a spunky, energetic, and genuine human, but she is an exceptional photographer who helps make the “awkward camera shyness” fade away. I have taken part in both her underwater and on land (ha) shoots and have always had a great time and ended up with amazing family photos. Mary is an amazing photographer and all around good human. She's a true professional while being unbelievably hilarious. It's hard not to feel at ease around her and in front of her camera. She truly cares about her clients and it shows in the quality of her work. I now consider Mary a good friend and we love her!
