        I have been with VVA many years from East to West. In 2021 VVA didn't keep their promise many times even I confirmed pick up by text messages and email link, they rescheduled me from 2021 to 2022. Today VVA called me to mention multiple same unit# in my building, the driver couldn't find my address. That is a big joke, one specific unit# in one building is a very simple common sense. I have to move all my stuff back which has been happened many times. VVA lost all credits. VVA canceled picking up again again over and over after I confirmed " pick up" online in 2022.
