We had a new hot water tank installed last September. Bill installed it the day and time he said he would. We had an minor issue with it about 6 weeks later. We got in touch with Bill and he came out that very afternoon to fix it. We would recommend this company.

Bill and his crew have been lifesavers over the last few months coming out after hours to unclog my sewer line. Bill has always answered his phone on my first attempt and comes out within a few hours. We have been very satisfied with him and his workers.

Be warned this company may not be licenced anymore. Filing complaints with the BBB and CSLB may be futile. Be careful and do your due diligence before you work with them. Contact the contractor's license board and inquire about his bond before entering into any serious work.

Not only was the plumber unfriendly,  he had to come back because he "didn't have the right part".  After waiting hours for him to get here, twice, we got a call saying he couldn't make it and we had to reschedule again.  Another 4 hour wait?  We will see.

I have used Desert Cities Plumbing several times in the past and always experienced great service. Last night my next-door neighbor called me and said I had an exterior main line plumbing leak. Water was gushing out and also coming into my home. I called Bill Moore at 6:30 and he was out within 20 minutes. He made the repair and saved the day. In addition, he also asked me if he could call a rug cleaning service to vacuum all the water that had accumulated on the floor inside. The rug cleaning company also came out quickly after hours. I cannot recommend this company enough. Thank you again, Bill!
