I decided to contact Jodi because she has 5-star reviews on Yelp and she did not disappoint. Jodi is exceptionally dedicated to her job and clients. We were looking to buy an investment property in Los Angeles. At the outset, she made sure we had a clear criteria (neighborhood, appreciation potential, budget, size etc.). Her knowledge of various neighborhoods in LA is extensive and she was able to help us shortlist specific pockets of LA that fit our criteria. She created a portal for us where she would add houses that fit the bill. She visited multiple properties for us showing us to them via video calls without us needing to be there (we don't live in LA). We found a property and closed on it within a couple of months meeting all our requirements in this extremely competitive market. She also rented the property for us within weeks. I wholeheartedly recommend her - she is the best agent I've ever come across.
