        Took my money and never shipped my coins. Ignored emails from me for a month, and I had to go through paypal customer service to force a refund.

        The coins were better than the proof!! And the proof was PERFECT! These coins have excellent weight - no skimping on materials. Jay understood exactly what we wanted. He makes the process incredibly simple, a testimony to his vast experience. We have used Challenge Coin USA the last 5 years, and we will continue to find excuses to work with Jay again. His time lines and proofs and changes to what was needed was all handled quickly and was just what we asked for. The coins were delivered on the date he said they would be and they turned out magnificent. Better than envisioned. We will be getting more coins from him again and I am turning everyone on to this company.
