Stayed here with a Company Trip, was beautiful, secluded, quiet and great views of Sedona. Brought my Polaris RZR up from PHX and the trails around this place are perfect. Lots of parking to accommodate all your guests.

The Sanctuary at Sacred Mesa (formerly known as the Resort at Bill Gray) is absolutely amazing. The rooms are large, the kitchen is packed with great features and a huge fridge, and the game room is fantastic. What takes the cake is the infinity-edge pool on the patio in the back of the house. It’s stunning and there is nothing that can beat it. We spent most of our time there just enjoying the views. However, there were some little things that could have made the place just so much better, especially for the price you pay. When we booked the house, TurnKey was just taking over the property management. We reached out to them directly with some of the issues and they stated the owner would be in contact with us. Unfortunately, that never occurred. In addition, TurnKey never followed up with regards to the minor things that would have made the stay perfection. Here is the list of improvements that could be made to make the property top notch: • Sound system is locked out and even though whole house and patio has speakers, it will only work for the media room. • Basic DirecTV package: while this might not be a huge deal for most people, when you have a media room with three TVs and can’t get the ESPN, Fox Sports, or CBS Sports channels to watch football, it’s a bit of a waste. • Bees – There were honey bees swarming around the left side of the pool and we found at least five hornets’ nest around the property and the hornets would land in the pool all the time to get water. First night, we killed at least 25 hornets. • Game room – Only one dart for the dart board and only two pool cues for the pool table. There was also some electronics stacked around the game room as if they were just removed from the main house and just stored there. Not a huge deal but we kept tripping over the TV after a late night of pool. • Room off of garage – For some reason, there were cats in this room that had their own access to the room via a cat door. One of our friends was allergic to cats so thankfully we could close off that door. • We were provided only vague directions. This became a challenge when told not to take other routes or our rental agreement would be terminated. Make sure to clarify directions. • Ice maker wasn’t working. Thankfully we had a couple coolers with extra ice for drinks. Again, those were a few of things that we experienced and hopefully are fixed in the future. This place is so amazing and we are already thinking of a reason to go back in the future. Cheers!
